Debora Lopes

Debora (Deb) Lopes is a Policy Advisor at New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA)'s Sustainability Department within the Asset & Capital Management division. In her role, she is responsible for implementing NYCHA's comprehensive Sustainability Agenda for the nation’s largest public housing authority toward a decarbonized future, and healthier homes, while leveraging ongoing and future capital work of over $1 billion to afford training and hiring opportunities for NYCHA residents. Prior to joining NYCHA, Deb was a Project Manager at Mott MacDonald working on advancing offshore wind projects in the Northeast. Deb earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
