Jasper has a German-Dutch background and helps clients with analyses in the field of energy, sustainability, and climate economics. He is used to acquiring information and handling large data sets while at the same time communicating a clear and understandable economic message. Jasper has experience in regulation and market analysis in energy markets, in environmental regulation, as well as in the integration of sustainability in competition cases.
