Violeta Cadosch

Violeta Cadosch is the Head of P&C Ops & Consulting team at Swiss Re, a global group of internal consultants providing thought leadership, and skills and capabilities in business transformation, project and change management. Over the recent years, Violeta has focused on leading various business transformation initiatives (Culture, Process, Digitization & Automation), as she enjoys pursuing bold, strategic aspirations, and making them a reality. She is passionate about rallying people to a cause and ensuring action and results for programs she leads. Violeta has experience in a wide range of roles and has been with Swiss Re since 2010, based in Zürich. Prior to Swiss Re, Violeta held various positions at companies such as GE Money Bank in Switzerland, and ORACLE and AIRBUS in Germany.
