    Reji is the Lead Portfolio Manager for Private Markets Investments at Decalia Asset Management, where he runs a programme that invests through fund investments, co-investments, secondary transactions and seeding deals, with a particular focus on private credit and special situations. Reji has 15 years of industry experience and was previously an executive director at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, an executive director at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking and a consultant at Bain & Company. Reji received a B.A. (Hons) in law and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge and an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Other roles before joining Allianz include founding and exiting a fintech company, heading a research center for exchange trading, adjunct lecturer at the University of Hohenheim and doing a PhD in Behavioral Finance.     Helene Schütrumpf has over 15 years of experience in financial markets, having started her career in proprietary trading at Merrill Lynch, analysing credit and structured credit products. She has been fundraising for Private Equity funds for 10 years, successfully closing capital for lower mid-market GPs in Europe, Asia and North America. She has also brokered secondary market transactions across a variety of geographies and fund vintages. Helene has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and has passed all three levels of the CFA Exam. She is a German national and represented the German National Team for Basketball in 2003.

    Paul is FIRSTavenue’s Managing Partner. Paul founded FIRSTavenue in 2006 and enjoys 16 years’ experience advising GPs in the private funds market. Under his leadership, FIRSTavenue has been an early mover in private infrastructure, private credit, real estate debt and the energy transition. From 1987 to 2006, Paul worked in the European debt capital markets principally at Credit Suisse First Boston in London where he trailblazed in the securitized product, CLO, structured credit, and leveraged finance markets. Paul received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    Toni is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Private Credit Investment and European Investment Teams. He previously worked in the private markets team at Cambridge Associates, where he advised institutional investors on their private market investment programs and conducted research and due diligence on private market funds, managers, and markets. Toni has an MPhil in economics from the University of Oxford and a BEng in engineering with business finance, which was jointly taught at University College London and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is fluent in Finnish, Spanish and English.
