During his 25+ years of working closely with Building Owners, Consultants and Contractors David has been involved with many successful projects. David enjoys working closely with Design Builders and Consultants on challenging projects while developing win-win solutions. He continues to enhance his skills and knowledge in the construction industry through education and seminars. David is a valued asset on any construction team.

John Bilotta is the Technical Sales Manager for Norbec Architectural in Ontario. Norbec is an industry leader in insulated metal panel systems. Norbec operates two manufacturing facilities in Canada (Boucherville, QC and Saint-Hyacinthe, QC). In his 28 years in business, John has held various key roles in sales, marketing, and business development. John has proven to swiftly adapt to new markets, technologies, processes, and procedures. When working on challenging projects, this is when John thrives. He has had company memberships in the Toronto Construction Association (TCA), Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC), and the Building Industry Land Development (BILD).
