He is also the chairman and editor in chief of EurabiaMedia a leading digital media publisher. Khaled graduated from University Paris Dauphine and the Sorbonne University with a Master in Financial Engineering. An avid learner, he completed the Harvard Executive Education in PE/VC. Passionate about media and geopolitics, Khaled is a Media Leader MENA at the World Economic Forum. He has also interviewed global political and business leaders and is a geopolitical analyst.
- Marwan LahoudChairman Private Equity at Tikehau CapitalMarwan Lahoud serves as the Chairman of the Group's private equity business and is particularly involved in its cybersecurity and aeronautics strategies. Prior to this, Marwan served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board Tikehau Ace Capital (now fully integrated in January 2022) and then became Executive Chairman and Managing Director in January 2020. Marwan started his career at the DGA (French DoD) in 1989 at the Landes test range, where he led the Computation Centre. He joined the cabinet of the French Ministry of Defence in 1995. He then joined Aérospatiale in 1998 as Corporate Vice President of Development, where he negotiated the merger with Matra. In 2000, he contributed to the creation of EADS and following the merger became Senior VP M&A of what is now Airbus Group. He was CEO of MBDA from 2003 to 2006, before returning to Airbus, where he held various positions between 2007 and 2017, most recently as Executive Vice President International, Strategy and Public Affairs of Airbus. Marwan serves on Tikehau Capital’s Management Committee.

Until January 2022, he was the Managing Director and Technical Head of Brinc, a Venture Capital Accelerator. Where he invested and provided advisory services to more than 130 tech companies of over 28 different nationalities. Prior to Brinc and while studying for his bachelor’s degree at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, he worked on several projects, including the development of a biped robot and an automated rover. In addition to leading a team that designed and built miniature space drone systems, he was also a team leader at Procter & Gamble to develop new products and upgrade its production lines. Post-graduation, Heriberto received a master’s degree at National Cheng Kung University while joining an international scramjet (supersonic engine) research project between Europe and Taiwan. He was awarded the prestigious Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme and joined the PolyU High-speed Thermo fluid and MAV/UAV Laboratory. He developed software, which he hopes will help design the next generation of space vehicles and planes.

Mr. Konert currently serves as Director or Chairman on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio companies: American Pacific Corporation, Belcan, BigBear.ai, Firefly Aerospace, Pangiam, Redwire, ThayerMahan, and York Space Systems. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2014, Mr. Konert was an investment professional at Sun Capital Partners and Wells Fargo Securities.

As more people will visit and stay in Space for a longer time due to the advancement of technology, the need for ensuring human survival in hostile Space is fundamentally significant. Hence, the company believes there will be immense opportunities and needs to foster new technologies. Thus, Boryung launched Care In Space(CIS) Challenge last year to identify the issues and solutions for human survival in Space. The company also invests in businesses and assets deemed very significant and led the recent series C funding round of Axiom Space. Jay earned B.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and worked at KPMG before Boryung. He recently joined the Board of Axiom Space.
