    Dörte Höppner
    Chief Sustainability Officer / Managing Director, Fundraising & Investor Relations at Riverside Europe
    Dörte Höppner is the Chief Sustainability Officer of The Riverside Company and heads up global ESG initiatives for the firm. In addition, she leads the firm’s European fund raising and investor relations activities. An economist by training, Dörte joined Riverside in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer for its European operations. Prior to Riverside, she was Chief Executive at Invest Europe, the European private equity association, and Managing Director of the German private equity association. Dörte has been widely recognised for her work championing ESG within the wider PE community and is a frequent speaker at conferences and author of media articles on the importance of ESG and D&I initiatives.

    Helena joined Beyond Capital Partners in January 2023 as an Investment Manager and Head of ESG. She is responsible for all ESG-related issues and developments at the fund and portfolio company level. Previously, Helena spent 15 years at EY in various transaction-related roles. For the past two years, she worked in the Private Equity Strategy Office where she initiated an ESG-focused PE initiative that included co-development of ESG products, training, webcasts and thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies. Helena holds a Master's degree in International Management from EADA in Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in International Management from ARU in Cambridge. She is also a qualified wholesale and export merchant.

    Viviana Occhionorelli is a Partner responsible for Astorg's ESG programme which is recognized as best-in-class by numerous industry participants and many of our LPs. Initiatives she has led include the establishment of science-based climate related targets and systematic ratings by Ecovadis across our portfolio companies as well as active participation in other key ESG initiatives. Viviana joined Astorg in 2018. Before that she worked as Global Sustainability Manager at Barco and as European Environmental Manager at Sony Electronics. Viviana has an expertise in circular economy, eco-design and supply chain sustainability. She studied Sustainable Development at Imperial College London, she holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Technology from Oxford Brookes and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.

    Therése joined UBS in August 2022 as Head of ESG Advisory EMEA. She has over 18 years of private equity, investor relations, business development and investment banking experience with a focus on sustainable transformation 2009–2022: 13 years of combined experience at EQT, most recently as Head of Sustainability and part of the EQT Extended Executive Committee. Led EQT's sustainability offering in the IPO (Sep-19) and co-led the launch of the first larger ESG-linked subscription credit facility (EUR 5bn) in the global fund financing markets (Jun-20) 2009–2022: 13 years of combined experience of supporting Invest Europe, the European private equity & venture capital association, most recently as Vice Chair of the Invest Europe Board of Directors and Chair of the Global Private Equity Platform Council 2004–2009: Transaction execution and client coverage, Nordics (Morgan Stanley) and European Diversified Industrials Group (Credit Suisse) Master of Science in Economics & Business from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden) with additional studies at the Stockholm University in rhetorics and histories of the future Published article, EQT: Private Equity with a Purpose, in the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, Vol 32, No. 3 (Summer 2022), together with two co-authors.
