Neeraj Agrawal received his M.S. in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of Twente, The Netherlands and Ph.D. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Neeraj then attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology for this postdoctoral research. He has co-authored 24 peer-reviewed manuscripts, 4 book chapters and is listed as an inventor on 27 patent applications. Neeraj joined Amgen in 2013 and is currently a Director Data Science within the Process Development organization. In his current role, he leads the end-to-end digital strategy for Attribute Sciences. His group supports (i) data engineering and data science leading to real-time monitoring and analytics of product quality and method performance monitoring (part of the continued process verification) of Amgen global manufacturing and quality control network (ii) sequence and structure analysis of biologics for the molecule assessment, biosimilar molecule assessment, competitive intelligence and (iii) utilization of lab informatics including chromatography data systems.
