What were some of your top
takeaways from this discussion?

It was a very interesting discussion.

I think sometimes when you go to the
panels everyone almost likeagrees with

everyone, you'd have to same journey.

And what was really interesting
was that all had very different

approaches for innovation.

There was two big companies
in there, and there was myself

and there was a TA from Lloyds.

And it was interesting because you
would think that we will have similar

approaches, but I think what was
clear from the panel is that it's

almost a journey and difference.

methodology seemed to work for
different companies depending on

culture, possibly depending on how
much time do these companies have.

And then I guess the other key thing
that was really coming out through the

discussion if that people needs are
really at the forefront of innovation.

So sometimes you'll think it's more
technology and then finding the right

Fintechs and cool technology, but
people are so much more important for

fintech partnerships and innovation.

So I felt like those two
were quite interesting,

that came through the panel.

So there was an interesting discussion
regarding SWIFT and their approach.

It's interesting, I think the host
was saying you always think that when

you watch some of these discussions,
you think, you know the company but

actually you learn so much more.

And I felt the same thing.

Some of the teams that they talk
about really, I guess, resonates

with me like the clouds, looking at
technologies like AI machine learning.

It's something that the industry
is looking more and more for.

I felt was interesting, the other
team that they had was around how

SWIFT is trying to really innovate,
not just independently, but also

within the system that they're helping
with some hackathons and so on.

And that's something that's is always
talked about at these conferences.

And I think it's funny.

I like the future, the trends
banks already did that often where

they partner with different banks.

Or they partner with Universities,
or even with consultants to

really look at one problem
and try and solve it together.

And that's, for me, it makes so
much sense because they are all

going to have some core problems
that we all have cross industry.

So why not to come together,
trying and test a few different

things and try and get some of
the approaches for each one.

So I found that was super interesting.

I typically, to be honest, we always
go and see like the Fintech demos of

ones that we were working with, like
in technology that we're working with.

And I thought it was so interesting
because they working in the NFT

space and it's so new for everyone.

I myself am still trying
to learn all about it.

They started by explaining
it in very simple terms.

And then they went into the demo.

And to be honest I'm
a very visual person.

I'm always telling people just show me
the demo, like I need to be able to see

something but I can't see when you're
saying it's such an interesting team

and it's so interesting that there is
already someone working on  empties and

trying to make some business off of it.

So I thought that was
an interesting one.

So I think for this year,
we'll have, I guess, the

cloud and AI teams, for sure.

There's not so big news trend
this year around ESG, so

environment, social and government.

There is a lot of new fintechs
working on this space, trying

and doing some great solutions
trying and doing some research.

And there's also, which is slightly
different to Fintechs, but there is

a lot of different companies trying
to bring ESG into their brands.

So what is that social impact
that they're trying to do.

And then of course, the new trend
is NFT like we have discussed.

see much more in this space
