- Peter S.H. GrubsteinManaging Member at NGENMr. Peter Grubstein has deep operating and investing experience in manufacturing and distribution businesses and in the environmental sectors. Mr. Grubstein has invested in sustainable businesses with innovative solutions to impact the world’s biggest problems. As the founder and Managing Member of N*GEN in 2001, Peter was one of the earliest venture capitalists in the ESG sector. N*GEN is a growth equity investment firm focusing on healthy living which has raised over $500 million in three funds. Mr. Grubstein has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and operating executive, having served for a number of years as COO and then CEO of a family manufacturing business. Mr. Grubstein is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Better World Acquisition Corp. and Enzymedica. Mr. Grubstein graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts.
- Robert SrokaPartner at Abris Capital PartnersRobert joined Abris in 2018 and is a Partner and Head of the Value Enhancement Team, with responsibility for ESG. He has 15 years’ experience in sustainability, responsible investment, anti-fraud, business ethics, corporate governance, compliance, ESG reporting and human rights advisory.Prior to joining Abris, Robert worked at EY in the Forensic & Integrity Department and was a member of the Climate Change and Sustainability Services team. Prior to this, he was a Project Manager at Crido Business Consulting and a CSR Manager at Grupa Zywiec, helping the company achieve a listing on the Respect Index of socially responsible companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.Robert was a member of the CSR Advisory Board to the Polish Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Working Group on Responsible Investment. He is a member of the Invest Europe ESG Committee and the European Business Ethics Network.
- Stefan den DoelderHead of Europe at North Sky CapitalAs Head of Europe for North Sky Capital, Mr. den Doelder is responsible for deal sourcing and fund raising activities for the impact secondaries strategy. Prior to joining North Sky, he was a Partner at Stafford Capital Partners and Investment Director at Robeco Private Equity where he was responsible for managing $1B in sustainable and impact private equity funds and co-investments. He also is the founder of 3P Capital, an advisory and placement agent firm servicing sustainability-focused GPs and LPs. Mr. den Doelder started his career as a co-founder of several sustainability consulting firms.
- Misa AndriamihajaPrivate Equity Lead at Institutional Investors Group on Climate ChangeMisa joined the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change in 2022 to lead their private equity work on the net zero investment framework, portfolio decarbonization, and investments in climate solutions. Misa is a seasoned private equity investor with technical expertise in ESG and climate change. She has a 17 year-experience with a total transactional experience of c.US$5 billion across multiple sectors and geographies. She founded Green Ventures Capital in 2011, a private investment company specialising in private equity investments in climate friendly, clean energy technologies and assets. Prior to GVC, Misa was a senior portfolio manager for private equity with experience across origination, appraisal, negotiations, execution and post-investment management. Misa holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Antananarivo.
