Jurgen Vandenbroucke, PhD is Managing Director at everyoneINVESTED (the wealth tech spin-off of KBC Group), expert general manager at KBC and former head of innovation at KBC Asset Management, Belgium. everyoneINVESTED specializes in consulting and tooling to build digital journeys that make investing easy, personal, valuable and reliable through an optimal balance of user convenience, business impact and regulatory compliance. Jurgen is also lecturer financial engineering at University of Antwerp, digital household finance at KU Leuven and financial securities at Ehsal Management School. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Behavioral Finance and Journal of Banking and Finance.

Ville currently leads Ericsson’s strategy and solutions practice in Mobile Financial Services. As a 20+ year veteran in financial technology and payment space, he is an established expert in development of digital financial services. Before joining Ericsson, he was creating next generation digital services at Nordea Bank as the Head of Emerging Technologies. Ville is also a member of the European Central Bank Digital Euro Market Advisory Group since 2021. In his spare time he co-hosts the Fintech Daydreaming podcast.

Nadia Edwards-Dashti co-founded the Harrington Starr Group in 2010, a leading Financial Technology recruitment business with offices in London, New York and Belfast. In 18 years in the financial services technology sector, she has been responsible for helping over 2000 people find jobs and has grown from a trainee to a Chief Customer Officer. She runs the Podcast Series ‘FinTech with Nadia: The DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Discussions’ to story tell the challenges and successes of this industry. Nadia has written a book through Palgrave Macmillan, ‘Fintech Women Walk the Talk: Moving the needle for workplace gender equality in financial Services and beyond’ and within it quotes 100+ of her podcast interviewees.

As Chief Client Officer & Managing Director, Katharina Lüth is responsible for communications, operations and customer service across the entire company. She has been and is pivotal in establishing Raisin as a leader in the savings and investments space. Before becoming managing director Katharina focused on Raisin’s internationalization across the EU and UK. A sought after speaker and expert voice in the field of banking and fintech, she’s been featured in top tier German and international media and conferences.
Prior to joining Raisin, Katharina spent seven years at McKinsey & Co. As a senior project manager there, she primarily advised large European universal and private banks on asset management and private banking, pricing, advisory concepts, and lean transformation. Core projects included the end-to-end transformation of a large European bank, the development of advisory concepts and strategies for a number of private banks and asset managers after the financial crisis, and the pan-European analysis of deposit products. Katharina has worked primarily in Europe but also in Latin America and Africa. She holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BSc in international business, focusing on finance, jointly from Northeastern University in the U.S. and Reutlingen University in Germany.
In her private life Katharina has two young daughters and enjoys running, yoga and traveling.

Marco has more than 20 years of professional experience in various roles in strategy, marketing, sales, IT and transformation. He obtained a Master in Business Administration at INSEAD and a postgraduate degree at London Business School. Throughout his career he concentrated increasingly on translating strategy into execution and driving transformation. Currently he is leading ING’s Tech strategy and transformation to establish a global scalable tech platform that enables the delivery of superior customer experiences and connects to other platforms in the ecosystem. In addition to his work at ING, he is closely associated with London Business School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a lecturer on strategy, digital transformation and agility and involved with several Start-ups and Charities

As part of his innovation leadership role, Edwin is responsible for introducing new innovative products and services to our clients in artificial intelligence and distributed ledger. Edwin has over 20 years’ experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, user experience design, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence in financial institutions. In his current role as Head of Strategy & Innovation for ABN AMRO he is focussing on accelerating and scaling innovation, putting much emphasis on distributed ledger and AI. Before ABN AMRO, Edwin worked close to 3 years at IPsoft as the global CEO of its Artificial Intelligence platform Amelia and before that for 16 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was one of the founding partners of Digital McKinsey. Edwin is a visionary leader, who makes things happen. Edwin is passionate about leveraging new technologies to increase joy and ease in life, while aiming to reduce digital divide across the globe. His leadership skills, balancing IQ and EQ, helps him work closely with his teams and allows him to attract great people to his teams giving them the opportunity to invest and contribute.
