Andrea Finan is the head of Self-Directed Investing for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management where she is responsible for developing strategy, driving scale and profitability, and expanding capabilities to serve our Self-Directed and broader Wealth Management clients. She is passionate about elevating the customer experience and driven to build a business for the long term that brings value to customers with all that JPMorgan Chase has to offer. With the continued growth of the digital investing industry, Andrea and her team are focused on creating an intuitive, guided and robust experience to serve more client investing needs.

Andrea has 20 years of experience in financial services and is well-versed in creating high-performing digital products. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs, where she most recently was the head of Product for their Wealth Management division. In this role, Andrea led a team that delivered digital tools to clients and advisors. She worked in tandem with Engineering, Design and Operations partners to drive strategies from idea to market.

During her time at Goldman, Andrea also worked within Asset Management, where she managed a global funding desk and later pivoted to roles where she partnered with portfolio management and sales to enhance the client service and experience. Andrea joined Goldman as an analyst in 2003 and was named managing director just nine years later, in 2012.

Andrea is actively involved with diversity, equity & inclusion and career development initiatives at JPMorgan Chase, including its Women on the Move program which empowers and helps women advance personally and professionally, and drives financial equity.

She graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in finance and a minor in sociology while being a Big East Division 1 letter winner. Andrea lives in Thornwood, NY with her husband and four children.
