Vikram RajuVikram RajuHead of Private Equity Climate Investing at Morgan Stanley Investment Management

Vikram Raju is a Managing Director and serves as Head of the 1GT Platform and Head of Climate Investing for the Private Credit & Equity division of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (Morgan Stanley IM). Prior to joining Morgan Stanley IM to set up the impact investing platform in 2014, Vikram was the Climate Funds Lead at the IFC/World Bank Group. Previously, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and a portfolio manager with Lazard Frères. Vikram is a past Chair of the Impact Council at the Global Private Capital Association and is currently an adjunct faculty member with the Department of Food and Resource Economics at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Vikram received Masters degrees in Finance and International Affairs from Bombay and Columbia University, respectively. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Abdalla Ali is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Coefficient LP, a modernization fund with a focus on decarbonization and energy transition. He oversees Coefficient’s efforts in sourcing, due diligence, transaction negotiation, monitoring active portfolio companies and execution.

Abdalla is a hybrid investment professional and entrepreneur. As an investment banker, Abdalla closed $8 billion in M&A transactions in energy deals across private and public sectors. In 2017, he co-founded a Private Equity backed Oil & Gas company and led a multi-disciplinary operational effort to continuously evaluate investment opportunities and deployed $150 million in equity and debt in upstream assets.

Abdalla currently serves on the board of Vibrant Planet (for-profit), SeekOps (for-profit) and Childbuilders (non-profit). He was recognized as Forty under 40 by Oil & Gas Investor. Abdalla holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in engineering from Texas A&M University in the United States.

Previously, Sierra led corporate development teams at financial technology companies responsible for $3B+ in solar and energy efficiency financing. Her experience in climate policy and market design includes the Obama White House Office of Energy and Climate Change and the International Energy Agency.Sierra is a graduate of Stanford and Harvard, where she researched lifecycle emissions analysis and carbon market design. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and young daughter.

Based in Stockholm, Anna is responsible for P Capital's sustainability strategy which spans from sourcing and screening to portfolio development and support, from ESG to impact. Anna brings over fifteen years of experience from sustainable finance. She started her career in impact consulting and later headed sustainable transformation at US investment firm Axel Johnson Inc. She developed one of the first Sustainable Business Leadership Programs together with the World Economic Forum and most recently she designed and headed Northzone VC's sustainability practices.
