Raminder Boparai is the Group Head of Financial and Enterprise Risk and CRO for Markets at LSEG. In these roles, he is responsible for leading the Group’s Financial Risk Management team and covering Group’s credit, market, model and other financial risks as well as second line oversight of the Markets business.

He is also responsible for Insurance, Sustainability and Enterprise Risk which includes analysing emerging threats, framework design and consideration of a broad range of strategic risks. Raminder has over 30 years of experience in risk management. Prior to joining LSEG in 2021, Raminder was Global Head of Market Risk at Credit Suisse where he managed a senior global team across multiple regions.
