    Helene Schutrumpf leads fundraising and investor relations for the AURELIUS Group, a globally active alternative investment firm, distinguished and widely recognized for its operational approach. The firm has been growing significantly in recent years and now has EUR 11 bn in group revenues and more than 300 professionals working out of 10 offices across Europe and North America. AURELIUS is focused on private equity, private debt, and real estate. AURELIUS Finance Company was founded in 2018 within the AURELIUS Group, and provides asset-based loans to mid-market companies, generating strong risk-adjusted-returns with downside protection. Prior to joining AURELIUS, Helene started her career as a proprietary trader at Merrill Lynch, and spent the last decade as a placement agent. She has raised capital from Europe, US and Asia for private equity, private credit and real estate funds. Helene has a degree in Economics from Yale and is a German national who played basketball for her national team.

Prior to Beechbrook, he worked at Bank of Ireland for over 30 years providing loans to mid-market and lower mid-market corporates.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2012, he worked at Swiss Re Private Equity Partners and Horizon21 as a member of European, US and Asian private equity investment teams. Gabriel earned an MSc in International Business from University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom and a master’s degree in Corporate Management from University of Economics in Slovakia.

    Mr Falcinelli is a Managing Director, Deputy Head of European Private Credit and is based in London. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Falcinelli was a Managing Director for Oz Management where he worked for almost twelve years. At Oz Management, Mr. Falcinelli was based in London and focused on Private Credit investments including private debt and special situations within the EMEA region, and was instrumental at growing the Oz Management's Private Credit business in Europe. Before joining Oz Management in 2007, Mr. Falcinelli was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at JPMorgan Chase Bank where he worked as a member of the Merger & Acquisitions group in London and Milan, and also as a member of the Leveraged Finance group in London. Mr. Falcinelli graduated with honours and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. In his studies, he attended the exchange program of the M.B.A. in Corporate Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
