Uwe Fleischhauer, Co-Head Infrastructure, is a member of the Executive Board, Founding and Equity Partner at YIELCO Investments in Munich, Germany, and is also a member of the Investment Committee.

Since 1998 he has worked independently as a consultant in his consulting firm “Fleischhauer, Hoyer & Partner” (FHP), Private Equity Consultants, which was dedicated exclusively to the asset classes of private equity, infrastructure and private debt. Throughout this time, he has carried out consulting projects for numerous renowned institutional investors. From 2007 to 2010 he advised, among others, the Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) in Munich on the global selection of private equity, mezzanine and infrastructure funds. His advisory services included asset allocation, investment strategy, identification of the fund universe, coordination of manager searches and RFP processes, due diligence, on-site visits up to a decision-ready investment recommendation (board submission) and monitoring of the investments. Before becoming self-employed, Uwe Fleischhauer worked for a total of 7 years as a consultant/project manager in international management consultancies (Mercer Management Consulting; Arthur D. Little).

In the above-mentioned organizations, he participated in more than 250 investments (primaries, secondaries and co-investments) with capital commitments of more than EUR 10bn as due diligence responsible or member of the investment committee. He invested in infrastructure across the entire strategy spectrum, but also in private debt and infrastructure equity strategies.

He holds a degree in business administration and a post-graduate diploma in “European Enterprise Management” after studies in England and Spain. He also holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Nils is responsible for leading business development and client relations activity within RBC Investor & Treasury Services (RBC I&TS) for the UK market.

Based in London, Nils joined RBC I&TS in 2018 and has spent the last five years in the Client Coverage team running a series of successful campaigns, including growing RBC I&TS’ private capital services offering. Prior to joining RBC I&TS, Nils was with CME Group in a strategic account management role covering global banks and asset managers.

Nils is an experienced thought leader with an acute understanding and knowledge of high performing teams and organizations built off the back of a professional 14 year rugby career.

Nils holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Management from Northumbria University in the UK.

Bram joined Main Capital Partners in 2020. As a Partner at Main, Bram heads the international Market Intelligence & Performance Excellence practice. In that role, Bram leads the research activities that help our investment teams with practical insights into markets and trends, and the strategic and operational support of our portfolio companies that help them drive profitable growth.

Main Capital is a private equity firm with a dedicated focus on the enterprise software industry with over 2bn euros AUM. Main is headquartered in The Hague and has local offices in Düsseldorf, Stockholm, Antwerp and an affiliate office in Boston.

Bram has a broad Strategy background, with 8+ years in consultancy and 6+ years in corporate strategy and product management roles prior to joining Main Capital. His main expertise is in strategy & business planning, (SaaS) pricing & business models, product portfolio management and scaling software companies.

MSc CS Uppsala University has more than 25 years of experience of software development as developer, software architect, DBA, test automation expert, agile coach and CTO within both product and consultancy organizations. With the experience of scaling technology teams and organizations, driving cloud transitions, DevOps practices and agile and lean methodologies, Henrik leads a team supporting the Verdane community as well as assesses new potential investments.

Uwe Hermann is an Associate Partner of placement agent TopCap Partners (Europe) GmbH and supporting the European origination and fundraising activities of the firm. Beyond that he is Advisor for Qashqade AG and Member of the investment committee at tokenstreet GmbH.

Before joining TopCap Partners he served 18 years as deputy Head of Portfoliomanagement at German Pension Fund BVV Versicherungsverein des Bankgewerbes a.G. where he was in the lead since 2009 to build a multi-billion Euro global Private Markets portfolio. Apart from having 20+ years investment experience, Uwe is certified CEFA Investmentanalyst (DVFA), Private Equity Advisor (EBS/BAI) and Infrastructure Advisor (EBS/BAI) from the European Business School.
