And so I think just over the years
of being a founder, I've become

more discerning and not just
thought that everyone that loves

our company should work with us.

So versatility in a startup
is obviously a requirement.

The team really is bred
from the culture, right?

And that often starts from the
founders and it starts from

the founding team as a whole.

So it's important to
get together in person.

It's important to understand what
makes the other folks on this.

What gets them excited?

strengths and also understand

feel very comfortable that they've

challenging regulatory environments
and careers, letting them figure

things out and have to problem solve.

But we also continue
to nurture that spirit.

ourselves, how can we improve?

What new products and new
ventures are out there.

And sometimes you just ask for support
and look around the organization

and say who, wants to help out?

And then when you find out who's
helping, who's more interested in

helping, you try to work on nurturing
some of that creativity that

comes with the pivots and with the
changes that the business requires.
