Dale Walker is the Partnerships Manager at Cerebral Palsy Alliance and a passionate disability advocate. Dale has a strong commitment to addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and the community, and actively engages in public speaking on these topics. Dale has worked with many businesses across Australia to integrate STEPtember, Australia’s leading health and wellness event to encourage physical and mental wellbeing within workforces. STEPtember also raises funds for Cerebral Palsy Alliance's critical work in research, advocacy, services, and the development of assistive technologies. Dale also plays a pivotal role in creating awareness and seeking funding support for Remarkable, Australia's first accelerator program for startups, focused on developing technologies to benefit the lives of people with disabilities. A large percentage of the funds raised through STEPtember contribute to the success of this innovative program.
