Byron Chard is President & Chief Executive Officer of Chard Development Ltd, an urban real estate development firm established in 1994. As President & Chief Executive Officer, Byron has continued to extend the company’s focus beyond market condominium development to also include purpose-built rental, affordable home ownership, strata commercial and hotel development in Victoria, Vancouver and North Vancouver. To date, Chard has delivered over 1,400 homes with over 2500 more homes, of which over 2,000 are rental, and half a million square feet of commercial development in the development and/or planning phase. Chard continues to expand its vertical integration and strategic partnerships to deliver a diversity of homes and community spaces.

Shenoor Jadavji is Founder and President of Lotus Capital. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm including capital sourcing and structuring value aligned joint venture investments. She brings 25 years of experience in real estate transactions totaling more than $2B across all real estate classes in major and secondary Canadian markets, as well as select U.S. markets. Outside of her leadership role at Lotus Capital, Shenoor is an active and committed member of the community and has served on numerous Boards. She is currently serving on the Multi-Generational Housing Advisory Board for the Ismaili Community which delivers affordable housing rental and owning options. She also spearheads an advisory committee for the Aga Khan University focused on developing income producing properties on AKU lands in Sub-Saharan Africa and Pakistan.

James Ha, since joining Boardwalk in 2007, has assumed a myriad of leadership roles and responsibilities ranging from: finance, treasury, capital markets, investor relations, acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, revenue optimization and corporate strategy, all of which have played a significant role in Boardwalk’s overall success and growth. Serving as Boardwalk REIT’s President, James is responsible for the execution of the organization’s strategy, driving operational and financial performance, providing leadership to Boardwalk’s Team of Associates, delivering service to Resident Members, and ensuring stewardship for all other stakeholders

Hani Lammam is the Executive Vice President of Cressey Development Group, and is responsible for Cressey’s business development activities and early project conceptualization. Since starting his real estate career in 1997, in addition to retail, office, hotel and land developments, Hani’s work has contributed to the construction of thousands market and non-market dwelling units in the form of single family, townhouse, and apartment (condominium and rental) projects. At present, Hani is determined on finding a path to the delivery of improved affordability in the housing sector in the face of countless obstacles and complex regulations.

Jon Stovell has been in the real estate investment and development industry for over 30 years. He works in all areas including acquisitions, finance, civic approvals, construction and marketing, policy development, and industry advocacy. At Reliance, he has developed a broad base of expertise in portfolio management with an emphasis on urban renewal through restoration and renovation of heritage buildings, affordable housing, together with new strata and rental residential and specialty office and retail projects. The firm has earned awards for its work. Recent or current projects include the Burns Block Micro-Lofts, the 564 Beatty Office, the Janion in Victoria, West Pender Place in Coal Harbour, the 54-storey Burrard Place with Jim Pattison Developments, and the recent purchase of the Arthur Erickson MacMillan-Bloedel building in downtown Vancouver. In 2013 Reliance was named the most innovative company in BC by “BC Business Magazine” for its Burns Block Micro-Lofts. In 2014 Jon was named one of Vancouver Magazine’s “Power 50” people.
