Throughout 18 years of Service as Senior Mechanical Engineer, Sustainability & Value Engineering Auditor, Ibrahim has a post-qualification experience with a successful career record and extensive design and management experience for hundreds of buildings of major projects in the Gulf & Middle East (totaling over 4,000,000m2 of Built-up area) saving millions of dollars on wasted energy and water, eliminating over 900,000 Tons of greenhouse gas emissions. Ibrahim is the founder of Sustainability Movement and an active sustainability and climate action advocate across MENA region GBCs . moreover, Ibrahim is serving at the USGBC LEED Committees since 2019, currently the vice chair of the LEED WE Technical Advisory Group. With GBCI, serving as a member of the LEED Fellow Evaluation committee since 2021.

    Michele Adams is a Water Resources Engineer and founder of Meliora Design. Her work encompasses environmentally sensitive site design and sustainable water resources engineering. Michele seeks to combine sound engineering science with an understanding of natural systems and stormwater techniques that maintain or restore a site’s natural hydrology. She has extensive design experience in green infrastructure, landscape restoration, and designing for resiliency. Michele was one of the authors of the Pennsylvania Stormwater Manual and currently serves on the U.S. Green Building Council’s Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group, and American Rivers Science and Technical Advisory Group.
