    Anne is a Sustainability and Building Performance Strategist at Noblis, leading sustainability and strategic planning projects for the Department of Defense, including DoD’s Sustainability and Buildings Strategic Plans, and the General Services Administration, including GSA’s Sustainable Facilities Tool. Prior to joining Noblis, Anne was Sustainability Director at the American Public Works Association, where she focused on integrating sustainability and resilience into APWA’s education programs and public policy priorities, educating members about federal government policies and programs, and advocating for sustainable infrastructure services at the federal level. Anne also served as Sustainability Officer for the Maryland Department of General Services, where she developed and managed the Department’s Sustainability Program, including environmentally preferable purchasing and solid waste management, and was a Senior Associate with Perkins+Will, where she managed interior renovation and strategic planning projects, including the LEED certification for 14 New Construction and Commercial Interiors projects (10 Gold, 4 Silver) representing over 2.5 million square feet.

    Kelly Olson, P.E. is the Sustainable Buildings Lead on the Department of Defense Climate Action Team in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Environment & Energy Resilience (ODASD(E&ER)). Her focus is creating the policy and technical framework to decarbonize new and existing DoD buildings. She received her MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University with a concentration in Sustainable Design and Construction. She is a licensed Professional Engineer.

    Energy and Climate Mitigation Program Analyst at United States Department of Defense
    Jonathan Petry, AIA, PMP, LEED AP BD+C, is an Architect and Energy and Climate Mitigation Program Analyst for the United States Department of Defense. In his position on DoD’s Climate Action Team for Sustainable Buildings, he supports commitments to climate change mitigation through a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and focuses on decarbonizing the built environment through an acceleration of a shift to low embodied carbon materials, a reduction in energy demand, and a transition to carbon-free electricity.
