Giorgio is an international HR leader with experience encompassing all strands of HR within a multi-cultural environment. Giorgio has recently established his own Human Resources Management firm. He was previously Associate Vice President, HR for Eli Lilly. Working with Eli Lilly since 1996, he held various leadership positions in HR (Europe-USA-China-Dubai), including Vice President of Human Resources for the Chinese affiliate and Regional Vice President of Human Resources for the SAMETA region (South Asia-Middle East-Turkey-Africa-India). At Eli Lilly, he developed and implemented people regional strategy, strengthened HR policies and systems, and created HR Center of Excellences to better support business strategy.
Giorgio began his career at Electrolux, based out of Italy, holding various positions in Human Resources, including Personnel Representative and Human Resources Manager.
Giorgio has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Trieste University, in Italy. He gained a Master's in Business Management at MIB School of Management, in Italy and is also an HR Graduate from the Michigan Ross School of Business and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Ray Coderre currently serves as Head of Learning and Development at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) where he is responsible for advancing a world class learning and talent development ecosystem to realize the mission and objectives of KAUST and support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Prior to joining KAUST, Ray was Director of Learning and People Strategy at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where he led the institute’s approach to talent management and development for approximately 6,000 academic faculty, professional scientists, software engineers, and administrative staff spanning Harvard University, MIT, and the Harvard-affiliated hospitals.
Ray is a former Harvard faculty affairs dean with experience building collaborative research communities comprised of academic faculty, trainees and professional scientists and engineers, and possesses over a decade of experience teaching and advising undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard College and Harvard Extension School on topics at the intersection of science, technology and society.

Prior to AECOM, Ali held key leadership roles with local and intentional organisations where he successfully rolled out systems and innovative processes.
