    Matthias Wilcken
    Senior Partner & Member of the Executive Committee at Rivean Capital
    Matthias Wilcken joined Rivean Capital in 2012 and initially managed mainly German transactions from the Zurich office before he established the office in Frankfurt in 2019 - the team there now has nine investment professionals. From 2008 to 2012, he was responsible for financing private equity investments in companies such as Minimax, Casa Reha und SAG. He started his professional career at Goldman Sachs in London (2002-2008). As Senior Partner, he is part of Rivean Capital’s three-person Executive Committee and a permanent Advisory Member of the Investment Committee. In the past ten years, he has actively accompanied and advised numerous Rivean Capital investments in Germany. The focus is on owner-managed medium-sized companies (“hidden champions”), which Rivean accompanies and supports in their digital transformation, international growth and their focus on sustainability. Outstanding investments already completed include Pro Gamers Group (e-commerce provider of high-end equipment for the gaming community, 2018- 2021) and training provider Comcave (2014-2019). Amongst other things, Matthias is currently advising on Rivean’s investment ]init[ AG for digital communication and Rivean’s recent signing Green Mobility Holding (GMH), one of Europe’s leading technology-based (e-)bike leasing groups.

    Cilian Jansen Verplanke (56 and mother of 2) studied Law at Leiden University and has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector in private equity, equity capital markets and commercial banking of which 20 years at ABN AMRO and Rabobank and since 2010 at her own co-founded investment Fund Karmijn Kapitaal. She has done numerous acquisitions and exits and has encountered many entrepreneurs. Karmijn Kapitaal has a unique investment strategy: it only invests in Dutch SME companies with gender diverse management teams. Karmijn holds 3 Funds under management. Cilian is Secretary of the Board of the Stak Continuïteit ABN AMRO Bank, Treasurer of the Board of Stichting RC Oude Armen Kantoor, Member of the Stichting Young Pianist Foundation and Chair of the Dutch Level20 Committee.

    Vaishnavi Katamreddy
    Director (Buyout) at Golding Capital Partners
    Vaishnavi Katamreddy is a Director at Golding Capital Partners and is responsible for the selection, execution and monitoring of fund investments and co-investments in the Buyout team. Prior to joining Golding, Vaishnavi was with Siemens for 10 years as a part of the Alternatives team, advising the Siemens German Pension funds on their buyout and growth fund investments. At Siemens, Vaishnavi built up the Asian buyout and growth fund portfolio before assuming responsibility for European fund investments. Before Siemens, Vaishnavi spent 5 years doing direct private Equity investments in India with Peepul Capital, a growth fund based in Southern India, and with the private investments team of D. B. Zwirn, a global hedge fund. Vaishnavi was a part of the investment banking team at ICICI Securities at the beginning of her career. Vaishnavi is a graduate of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India and holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shivaji University.

    Antje Bräunling is Senior Investment Manager at GREENPEAK since 2021. With her science background and many years of experience in the healthcare market, she is responsible for driving GREENPEAK's theme-led buy-and-build investments in healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining GREENPEAK, Antje was a member of the Corporate M&A team at Brainlab, a medium-sized MedTech company based in Munich, and worked in a corporate finance advisory boutique for the health care industry for several years. Over the past years, she has successfully completed more than 15 transactions in the areas of health IT, medical services, CRO and pharma services. Antje holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an M.Sc. in Management from the Technical University of Munich.
