Uwe Fleischhauer, Co-Head Infrastructure, is a member of the Executive Board, Founding and Equity Partner at YIELCO Investments in Munich, Germany, and is also a member of the Investment Committee.

Since 1998 he has worked independently as a consultant in his consulting firm “Fleischhauer, Hoyer & Partner” (FHP), Private Equity Consultants, which was dedicated exclusively to the asset classes of private equity, infrastructure and private debt. Throughout this time, he has carried out consulting projects for numerous renowned institutional investors. From 2007 to 2010 he advised, among others, the Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) in Munich on the global selection of private equity, mezzanine and infrastructure funds. His advisory services included asset allocation, investment strategy, identification of the fund universe, coordination of manager searches and RFP processes, due diligence, on-site visits up to a decision-ready investment recommendation (board submission) and monitoring of the investments. Before becoming self-employed, Uwe Fleischhauer worked for a total of 7 years as a consultant/project manager in international management consultancies (Mercer Management Consulting; Arthur D. Little).

In the above-mentioned organizations, he participated in more than 250 investments (primaries, secondaries and co-investments) with capital commitments of more than EUR 10bn as due diligence responsible or member of the investment committee. He invested in infrastructure across the entire strategy spectrum, but also in private debt and infrastructure equity strategies.

He holds a degree in business administration and a post-graduate diploma in “European Enterprise Management” after studies in England and Spain. He also holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Nazo was part of the founding team of Carlyle Technology Partners Europe after working for and investing in technology companies in the United States. Nazo received an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School and a B.A. in International Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from University of California, Los Angeles.

Vikram Raju is a Managing Director and serves as Head of the 1GT Platform and Head of Climate Investing for the Private Credit & Equity division of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (Morgan Stanley IM). Prior to joining Morgan Stanley IM to set up the impact investing platform in 2014, Vikram was the Climate Funds Lead at the IFC/World Bank Group. Previously, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and a portfolio manager with Lazard Frères. Vikram is a past Chair of the Impact Council at the Global Private Capital Association and is currently an adjunct faculty member with the Department of Food and Resource Economics at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Vikram received Masters degrees in Finance and International Affairs from Bombay and Columbia University, respectively. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Saleh Panahi is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group in London, where he focuses on investments in the Energy Transition, Industrials, Media & Education industries. Since joining Blackstone in 2012, Mr. Panahi has been involved in a number of investments and currently serves on the boards of Leica, Schenck Process, Desotec and Esdec Solar Group.

Mr. Panahi is a member of Blackstone’s Diverse Professionals Network EMEA Task Force, and represents Blackstone on the Futures Committee of Impetus, an organization supporting underprivileged youths in the UK.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Panahi worked at Lazard in the German M&A team.

Mr. Panahi received a Master degree (Dipl. Kaufm.) from the University of Mannheim.
