Dr. Vinod Bhatia is an Indian Railways officer who has done his PhD in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engg) from National Institute of Technology- Hamirpur and M.B.A from Pondicherry University.
His 29 years career spans a range of assignments in Teaching, Public Sector and Government. He has worked on Indian Railways in various capacities in Operations, Planning, Commercial & Marketing functions as well as with Container Corporation of India (Concor) and Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited where he has handled Marketing, Operations & IT Projects. Presently as Executive Director, Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, he is handling policy and execution matters related to Information Technology.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar is working as Executive Director in Ministry of Railways. He has vast experience of Railway working spanning more than 26 years at various positions. His area of expertise is Railway Systems. Ha has contributed in various construction projects as well as operations of Railway system.
