Wade ArnoldWade ArnoldCo-Founder and CEO at Moov Financial

Wade Arnold is the Co-Founder and CEO of Moov Financial, a platform that lets businesses and developers add money movement to their products. Bain Capital Ventures led the company’s seed round in June of 2020 and Andreessen Horowitz led its Series A round in December of 2020. In 2021, Moov was recognized as the Visa® Everywhere Initiative winner for North America.

Wade is a visionary, leading Moov to rebuild banking infrastructure for modern, cloud-native applications without dependence on legacy technology. But Moov’s mission to make it easy to accept, store, and disburse money is secondary to Wade’s plan to make Moov the best place anyone has ever worked.

Wade has directed digital banking strategies and challenged long-term visions from both core banking and fintech positions throughout his career. He believes in looking at banking from a fresh perspective; anything that can be imagined can be built.

Before Moov, Wade was the CEO of Banno, a white-label digital banking platform that profitably served over 600 banks and credit unions. Banno was successfully sold to Jack Henry and Associates (NASDAQ JHA) in 2014. Wade was also the Executive Vice President of Technology at BillGO, an all-in-one platform for managing and paying bills.

Wade holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Northern Iowa, an MBA from the University of Iowa, and completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Wade has also served as a member of several boards, including the President of the Association for Financial Technology (AFT), and was a former Techstars mentor.

When he’s not inspiring the team, Wade can be found riding his mountain bike through the foothills of Colorado. He loves hiking with his four kids and wife Shannon of 18 years. He also stays active in the small business community as an investor and co-owner, including Standard Byke Company and Bakers Brewery.
