for the whole team, and through thick and

thin ups and downs, you have to provide

that level of emotional comfort and also

just, you know, focus on what's next

and how to get through the next hurdle.

The hardest thing is time management

and balancing multiple stakeholders,

people who want something from you,

whilst also being able to focus on

the strategy in the big picture, I

feel like also being rejected all the

time whether it's from customers or

overseas, and working towards those one

or two big wins you get per quarter.

It's something which is a mindset

thing, and I feel like you

have to develop that over time.

I think   it's it's the uncertainty that

you are pursuing something, but you don't

know whether it, we turn out good or bad.

You need to keep innovating, but you

never know if you will make it or not.

Networking actually.

So that's why I'm here

I think what I would say at the

beginning is probably start earlier.

I had the idea much earlier and

I feel like if I would've started

earlier, I would've had a bit more

of a head start in the industry.

Those six months I waited made

it made it more difficult.

I think the best piece of advice is

to find and keep people who work well

together and building a strong team is

the best investment of time and energy.

that's the uptake of the idea that we are

pursuing is much slower than we expected.

Sometimes the market is not ready for

your solution and you need time for

your innovations to reach the return

I would think about my hiring

I would not take a fight with the

government as a one-year-old startup.

I think we underestimated how slow

the banks are in taking our solution.

to conferences, meeting people,

Realizing that we cannot develop

I mean, it's just every one of those

people is essential in their own way.

Without my team.

do this without my nanny.
