Andreas MöllerAndreas MöllerVP Carbon Management & Hydrogen Customer and Market Development at Wintershall Dea

Andreas Möller is VP Carbon Management & Hydrogen Customer and Market Development at Wintershall Dea. Since July 2021, he and his team have been developing projects and partnerships along the CCS and hydrogen value chains - such as the cooperations with Equinor, Fluxys, Nordwest Oelleitung and HES Wilhelmshaven Tankterminal. In addition to establishing cross-border CCS value chains in Europe, the aim is also to ensure the smooth transport of CO2 to the various storage facilities in the North Sea.

Möller regularly speaks out in favour of technological diversity at industry events. This includes CCS and low-carbon hydrogen alongside green options as a quick and safe solution to tackle climate change.

The geographer and geologist has been with Wintershall Dea and its predecessor companies since 2009. Previously, he was responsible for importing natural gas from the Netherlands and Norway to Germany at a large energy trading company.
