Ilse GuedensIlse GuedensMarketing Manager at Fluxys

Ilse Guedens is the Marketing manager of Fluxys Belgium. She obtained the degree of Master in Business Engineering (UHasselt), as well as a postgraduate Master of Science in Applied Economics (KU Leuven). Ilse started her career as functional analyst for Fluxys Belgium in implementing the Transmission and LNG market model. In 2008, she joined the Regulatory department, where she was part of the team implementing the entry/exit model and several market integration initiatives between Fluxys Belgium and adjacent market areas. Additionally, she worked on the consulting services provided to DESFA in the context of the hub feasibility study. Since 2015, Ilse participated in some acquisition projects of gas infrastructure in Europe where she has been active in commercial and regulatory due diligences and provides regulatory support in Transmission/Balancing models for some affiliates of Fluxys SA.

Hanane El Hamraoui is Vice President Industry and a member of the Board of Directors. Hanane has over 10 years' experience in industrialization and project development in the renewable energies and hydrogen markets worldwide. Hanane is Director of the industrial division, which designs and manufactures multi-MW hydrogen fuel cells. The fuel cells are assembled at the HDF Energy factory currently under construction in France.

Hanane El Hamraoui is also President of Hydrogène du Maroc, an HDF Energy subsidiary developing green hydrogen production projects in Morocco.

Previously, Hanane was Industrialization Manager for Arcelor Mittal Solar Projects (5 years). She has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2012 as an engineer, and holds a double degree in mechanical and energy engineering from the Institut National des Sciences et Technologies de Toulouse and Seoul University.
