Prior to BlueBay, Mattis was a Director in the Private Credit team of HPS Investment Partners, formerly Highbridge Principal Strategies. Before that, Mattis spent seven years in the European Leveraged Finance team of J.P. Morgan focusing on German LBOs. Mattis has extensive experience in sourcing, analysing and structuring investments and has a wide network of client relationships. He received a degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics in 2007

    Dan Cohn-Sfetcu, CFA serves as Head of the firm’s senior credit team. Dan joined Portfolio Advisors in 2018 and has been working in the private markets since 2002. Prior to joining Portfolio Advisors, he was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group working in the private credit division. Before that, Dan spent 12 years investing in middle-market private equity and credit with American Capital, Richardson Capital and Brookstone Partners. Dan began his career in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto and SG Cowen in New York. Dan holds a B.Com from Queen's University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

    Shelley Morrison is Head of Fund Finance at abrdn. Shelley Joined abrdn in 2019 from RBS where she held the role of Director in Fund Finance. Previously, Shelley worked for Lloyds Banking Group across various roles in Structured Asset Finance. Shelley is a member of the Fund Finance Association EMEA Executive Committee and sits on the Women in Fund Finance Committee. Shelley graduated with a First Class MA (Hons) degree in Geography and a MSc in Social and Political Theory from the University of Edinburgh. Shelley holds the CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance, the CFA Investment Management Certificate and the CFA Certificate in ESG investing.
