Ms. Alcaide joined the firm in 2007 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing private fund investments on a global basis. Previously, Ms. Alcaide worked at LarrainVial in Chile. She received a BSc and MSc degree in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She also received a Master of Science in finance from London Business School.

Geoffrey Geiger joined USS in 2007. He has been involved in the growth of the Private Markets Group since inception, today he heads the indirect private equity activities of USS, overseeing a portfolio of over £6 billion across private equity funds and co-investments. Geoffrey has sat on the boards of many portfolio companies and numerous advisory boards.

Geoffrey has been working in private equity for over twenty-five years, including with Klesch & Company in London, Deutsche Bank in New York and Frankfurt and with MeesPierson in Geneva, Switzerland.

Geoffrey received an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College in Vermont.

Erin Sarret is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford teaching private equity and ESG. An active voice in sustainable private markets advocating for best practices, she worked with investors to match managers which best suited their return objectives over the last two decades. A graduate of UC Berkeley (double B.A) and McGeorge School of Law (J.D.), she is a member of the State Bar of California since admission in 1994. Her experience as a lawyer and in investor relations brings practical experience to the classroom. Both French and American, she lives in Paris and London.

Anne GermainAnne GermainInvestment Director at bpifrance

Anne is a senior investment director in the funds of funds team of Bpifrance, the French public investment bank and sovereign wealth fund, where she specialises in investing in venture capital funds since 2017. Over that time she has committed over 900M€ in 30 plus funds. Prior to Bpifrance, Anne was head of research APAC at Expand Research, a company of the Boston Consulting Group based in Singapore. Anne started her career in investment banking with Citigroup in London and then joined Access Capital Partners, a Paris based private equity funds of funds manager. She is a graduate of Durham University (UK), HEC Paris and is a CFA charterholder.
