Oksana Sobol is Vice President of Insights at The Clorox Company. She leads Insights transformation at Clorox, implementing a new Faster, Leaner, Consumer-Obsessed operating model and spearheading capability modernization. Oksana oversees all facets of market research, including category, consumer, shopper, product and sensory science, ensuring that the company can help consumers thrive in their everyday lives through iconic brands such as Clorox, Burt’s Bees, Brita, GLAD, Hidden Valley Ranch, Kingsford, Fresh Step and others. Oksana also leads Consumer Care, ensuring that buyers of Clorox products receive best-in-class user experience.

Prior to Clorox, Oksana led market research across core business needs and innovation at Mondelez International for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, Wheat Thins and other beloved snacks and confections. Her insights career in the United States began at Nielsen BASES, where she advanced to lead innovation consulting practices for major global clients including Unilever, Mondelez International, Kraft Foods and Johnson & Johnson.

Originally a bold innovator and new product developer, Oksana pioneered new digital consumer platforms and products for Vodafone, the leading telecommunications provider in Europe. She launched one of the world’s first mobile advertising platforms as well as numerous highly profitable and fast-growing multi-media offerings across mobile gaming, digital music, informational and entertainment apps, and a wide range of premium consumer content.

Oksana is featured as a thought leader who drives an ambitious transformation agenda and paves the future for the insights industry at numerous conferences, in speaking engagements and podcasts including TMRE, Quirks, Front End Innovation, CMO Whisperer, Inside Insights, EyeSee, DIG Insights, University of Wisconsin, Brand Innovators and others.

Oksana is currently based in San Francisco Bay Area, having previously lived, worked and studied in New York City area, Cincinnati OH, Portland OR, Austria, Czech Republic and Ukraine. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in international business administration.
