Sven Czermin is a partner at Palladio Partners.

He has a long track record in asset management and transaction advisory services. Before joining Palladio Partners in 2020, he was responsible for Feri’s private equity operations, where he advised institutional investors and family offices on real asset investments. Prior to that, he provided transaction advice for private equity managers and M&A support at KPMG.

Sven Czermin has an M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from Frankfurt’s Goethe University.

Dörte Höppner is the Chief Sustainability Officer of The Riverside Company and heads up global ESG initiatives for the firm. In addition, she leads the firm’s European fund raising and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Riverside in 2017, Dörte was Chief Executive at Invest Europe, the European private equity association for six years, and before that Managing Director of the German PE & VC Association (BVK).

An economist by training, Dörte is also a Sustainable and Responsible Investment Advisor (certified by the European Business School EBS). Outside Riverside, Dörte serves as the Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board at Finance in Motion, Europe’s biggest impact asset manager, and is a member of the mission committee of Armen, a French “loi Pacte” management company. Dörte is a regular writer and speaker and a recognized industry voice on a broad swathe of ESG and DE&I issues. She has been honoured by InvestEurope as one of the most influential Women in Private Investment over the past 40 years and recognised by Financial News in its annual ‘20 Trailblazing Women in Private Equity’ list.

Verena KempeVerena KempeHead of Investment Management at KENFO

Verena Kempe is Head of Investment Management at KENFO where she is currently focussing especially on the expansion of its private markets activities. Before joining KENFO, she was the Co-Head of Private Equity at FERI Trust where she successfully invested for institutional investors and advised on tailor-made investment strategies. She started her career at WestLB and was a Director in Structured Finance/Global Energy in London. She holds degrees in Economic Geography and Business Administration.

Sunaina Sinha Haldea is the Global Head of the Private Capital Advisory group. Prior to joining Raymond James, she was the founder and Managing Partner of Cebile Capital, a placement agent and secondaries advisor, which was acquired by Raymond James, a Fortune 500 and NYSE-listed company, in May 2021. Under her leadership, Cebile Capital quickly became one of the leading advisors to private funds sponsors globally. In her tenure, Sunaina has executed fundraises for leading private equity funds and completed over a hundred secondaries transactions for GPs and LPs alike, including multifarious complex liquidity solutions. Ms. Sinha Haldea was named one of the 50 Most Influential People in Private Equity by Dow Jones Private Equity News in 2022. Ms. Sinha Haldea is also a prolific angel investor and Non-Executive Director. She served as Chairman of the Board of Mindful Chef (now Nestle), and Chairman of the Board of Barrecore (now United Fitness Brands). She currently serves on the Boards of SFC Energy AG, listed on the Stoxx, and Grana LLC. Ms. Sinha Haldea has also been a Guest Lecturer at Stanford University serves on the boards of the Stanford Institution for Economic Policy Research and the Stanford LEAD Council. She has written and published case studies for the Stanford Technology Ventures Program in the Stanford School of Engineering.Ms. Sinha Haldea is a regular contributor on the financial markets and private equity on CNBC, Bloomberg, BBC and is often quoted in the media on market insights and private capital advisory. She has won numerous awards and accolades for entrepreneurship and leadership. Sunaina is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She often credits meditation as the key to her success and has shared her personal and professional journey on podcasts. Ms. Sinha Haldea obtained a BS in Management Science and Engineering and an MS in Chemical Engineering, both from Stanford University where she was also a Mayfield Fellow. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School. In her spare time, Ms. Sinha Haldea is a keen wine enthusiast, having qualified as a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Masters Sommeliers.

Ralph GuentherRalph GuentherPartner & Head of Continental Europe at Pantheon Ventures

Ralph is a Partner and Head of Continental Europe in Pantheon’s Investor Relations team. His role incorporates responsibility for our coverage across Continental Europe and our distribution relationships in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. Ralph also sources deals for Pantheon’s Secondaries team. Prior to Pantheon, Ralph served as a Managing Director with bmp AG in Germany, where he established a fund of funds business in 2005. Prior to that he served as a MD in the German Venture Capital markets from 1998 to 2005 where he was responsible for a number of investments, trade sales and IPOs. Ralph started his career in IT consulting and software development. He has a degree in economics from FU Berlin.Ralph is a member of Pantheon’s European Client Service team, focusing on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and will also source deals for Pantheon’s secondaries team. Ralph was previously a Managing Director with bmp AG where he worked on private equity fund-of-funds and advisory services for institutional clients.
