As a Partner on the Primary Investment Team, Ross focuses on the European Primary portfolio within the UK, the Nordic Region, and Israel. He also covers Venture Capital as well as Emerging Europe and Africa. Ross sits on the board of ten advisory boards for Adams Street Partners. Prior to joining Adams Street Partners, Ross was an Investment Associate with Horsley Bridge, a global Private Equity fund of funds. Before that, Ross was in the Private Equity group at Ernst & Young. Ross is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
