Ewa is a technologist and an investor. Currently, at Amazon Web Services, she is leading the efforts to transform the European Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies through leveraging cloud and digital technologies. Prior to that she worked with strategic startup accounts across AWS EMEA. Before joining Amazon, Ewa worked as an investor at 3M and a Scandinavian clean tech fund, and a founder. She also serves as a jury member in the European Commission's Innovation Council with a budget of EUR 10bn. Ewa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences. She is an avid skier and a mom of 2 girls with an availability guarantee of 5 9’s.

Andrea is a member of the Operations team and is based in Milan.

Prior to joining CVC, he spent 12 years working at McKinsey where he held a number of roles, most recently as Partner focusing on digital ventures across EMEA.

Andrea received an honours degree in Computer Engineering from Turin University.

With over 25 years’ leadership experience as Managing Director and Senior Partner at some of the most admired global IT firms across Europe, North America and APAC, Hemant is Executive Vice President and Head of Strategic Sales at Infosys globally, responsible for ensuring the success of Infosys in large, strategic transactions across industries, managing relationships with Private Equity firms, and ensuring the success of our Sales Transformation.

Hemant has a strong track record of turning around businesses and relationships, and has led, negotiated and won some of the largest multi-year outsourcing deals in the industry. He has been a trusted advisor to C-level executives and Boards at several financial services firms worldwide and has an exceptional reputation for unlocking value in client relationships by bringing strategic insight, innovation, and transformation, as well as driving execution excellence.

Hemant has previously worked in India with Standard Chartered and ANZ Grindlays in their Corporate and Investment banks. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT, Delhi and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University

Sven Törnkvist joined EQT in February 2016 to build a global team of senior professionals focusing on digital transformation of EQT portfolio companies as well as supporting EQT investment professionals on new deals. Prior to joining EQT, Sven held a position as Head of Digital at Ericsson. Previously, Sven held management positions, including country manager Sweden, at Google and was CEO of Cosmos Communications, part of employer branding- and media house Universum. Sven has 20 years of experience working with digitalization, technology, sales and marketing across several industries. Sven holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics as well as SSE scholarship from Stanford University, USA.
