    Trevor is an Independent Advisor to the £10bn South Yorkshire Pension Fund as well as providing advisory and consulting services to various institutional investors and investment managers. Previously Managing Director in bfinance’s private markets team, responsible for the research and manager selection functions across private debt, including Corporate Direct Lending, Real Estate debt and other niche and opportunistic strategies, Trevor advised clients on over $5bn of allocations to private credit investments. Trevor was Deputy CIO and Credit Strategy Investment Director at the UK LGPS pooling entity LPPI, having also been Deputy CIO at Lancashire County Pension Fund (LCPF). As a pension fund investor, he had broad responsibility for alternative asset allocations which covered all private market strategies. Whilst at LCPF, Trevor created a ground-breaking £1.5bn allocation to alternative credit and was recognised with numerous industry awards including the Institutional Investor European peer-to-peer award for ‘Best use of Private Markets’. PDI magazine named him as one of the 30 most influential investors globally in private debt and he continues to be widely consulted for his knowledge in the private credit space. Trevor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MA from Cambridge University.

    Adriana Oller started her career as a principal investor over 20 years ago and continued providing direct lending solutions to SME´s. Specifically focused on established and profitable Spanish companies, which could not find suitable financing solutions for their growth plans in the traditional banking system and were not willing to give equity away to third party investors. In 2013, Adriana founded Resilience Partners to provide those solutions to SME´s. She has over 20 years of investment experience, since 2001 midmarket companies in Spain and Europe. She started her career in JP Morgan in Madrid and NYC offices, has an MBA from London Business School, thanks to a scholarship from La Caixa/British Council, and a BA in Business & Economics from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and Paris Dauphine.

    Chen has 16 years of experience in asset management. Before joining Klarphos, Chen had a 15 years tenure at PIMCO as a portfolio manager, where her primary focuses were liquid and illiquid fixed-income products in Structured Finance and Rates. In addition, Chen was also responsible for building the investment and treasury function at a Fintech bank.
