Mrinalini Lhila is the Founder & Managing Principal of 360 Capital Advisors, which provides fundraising and advisory services to private equity firms. 360 works with both emerging and mature managers and specializes in primary, secondaries as well as co-investment and direct deals. Previously Mrinalini served as a Managing Director at Thomas Capital Group and before that she was a Vice President at StepStone Group. Prior to that, she was a member of the Strategy, Planning & Analysis team at Neuberger Berman and its former parent Lehman Brothers and started her finance career at Citi Alternative Investments. Mrinalini holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.

Aaron Chan is Chief Financial Officer of Enlightened Hospitality Investments (EHI), a value-added strategic growth equity fund co-founded by Danny Meyer and affiliated with Union Square Hospitality Group. At EHI, Aaron leads the firm’s finance, compliance, and investor relations functions. Prior to joining EHI, Aaron was the interim Chief Financial Officer at Advent Global Opportunities, an affiliate of Advent International. At Advent, Aaron led the finance team of a global crossover fund that pursues a public and private equity investing strategy. Prior to Advent, he was Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Act II Capital, a global TMT sector focused long/short equity hedge fund based in New York City. At Act II, Aaron assumed broad leadership responsibilities for their flagship fund and helped launched their UCITS product and institutional managed accounts.
Aaron began his career at Ernst & Young in New York before joining Ramius Capital, a multi-strategy investment advisor as Vice President. After Ramius, he partnered closely with general partners to help launch and raise capital for two start-up hedge funds.
Aaron received his Bachelor of Accounting with Honors from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Katya Gorbatiouk has over 20 years of experience in international capital markets. As Head of Investment Funds in Primary Capital Markets, Katya is responsible for driving the growth and liquidity of the London listed funds market, a conduit of capital into vital sectors of the economy, such as infrastructure, energy transition and innovation. Katya is also a member of the Group Sustainability working group.
From February 2022 Katya serves on the Best Practice Committee of the Board of the Investor Relations Society. She is Chair of its Sustainability Communications sub-committee and a member of its IR Communications and Engagement sub-committee. She served on the judging panel for the IR Society 2021 Best Practice Awards in ESG Communications. Her articles on the evolution of corporate communications were published in the recent issues of the IR Society Journal Informed.
From March 2023 Katya is a member of the Stakeholder Insight Group of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC), that acts as an external adviser to the FRC on opportunities and potential areas of focus related to corporate governance and investor stewardship.
Katya previously chaired the Board Effectiveness & Stakeholder Governance working group at the Institute of Directors’ Centre for Corporate Governance. She has co-authored an IoD publication on best practice of enacting a stakeholder-centric approach by corporate boards. She led the creation of the Centre’s content on topics related to board effectiveness.
Katya has been a long-standing board member of organisations with high social impact, such as the Global Leaders Institute (Washington DC) and London Music Fund, and other prominent institutions such as UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies and London Symphony Orchestra.

Kee is a member of the Private Equity team. She focuses on private equity fund investing and co-investing and is involved in all aspects of investment sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring. Kee joined Apogem Capital from PA Capital, where she has worked since 2002. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2001. Prior to joining PA Capital, Kee worked in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and provided strategic advisory services to middle market companies. Kee received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Agata R. Praczuk is primarily responsible for the management of the Emerging Mangers Program and Client portfolios. Praczuk began her career in 2004 at BNP Paribas managing hedge fund client relationships. From 2005 to 2009 she worked as a hedge fund research analyst for the Millburn Ridgefield Corporation, a boutique alternative investment firm. She received her BS from Northeastern University and her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Praczuk is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. She’s been recognized by Institutional Investor as a Hedge Fund Rising Star (2016) and received the Insurance Investor of the Year (201😎 and PEWIN Limited Partner of the Year North America (2022) awards on behalf of MetLife.
