With increasing consumer expectation of home based service delivery development of a Home Based Cancer Care (HBCC) program was the next logical step.

This presentation will discuss the process for implementation of HBCC within the existing HITH program.

It will include workforce engagement, policy development, barriers and enablers to implementation, medication safety and cytotoxic transport, staff safety and wellbeing considerations and consumer feedback.
