Currently, Joanna monitors performance and utility consumption to ensure buildings are operating efficiently, and she identifies opportunities to implement new technology to further reduce energy, water and carbon intensity.

    Katerina Karasyova manages all North American sites for Cushman & Wakefield’s (C&W) client Mastercard. In collaboration with the Projects Team, Katerina has managed multiple office build outs and relocations with a strong focus on client design standards, change management, process mapping and strategic planning for BAU. Katerina possesses extensive experience working within various industries as well as providing facility management solutions that align service excellence with business strategy. Katerina has recently been recognized as IFMA's 40 under 40 and is currently the IFMA Toronto and South Central Chapter President.

Tobias leads and inspires a team of HVAC and energy technicians.

    Wayne is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and FM Consultant based in Toronto, Ontario CANADA with over 30 years of experience with asset types of various classifications in the public and private sectors. He is a partner in the Global Facility Management Alliance (GFMA). He is passionate about FM and actively engaged in the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the IFMA FM Consultants Council (FMCC), the Institute of Asset Management (IAM), and the World Association of PPP Units and PPP Professionals (WAPPP). Wayne is active in the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) and President of the first chapter (GTA/Southern Ontario) in Canada. Wayne is also Chair of the ISO TC/267 (Facilities Management) Canada Mirror Committee and participates in several working groups including technology.
