Rodrigo Gil brings over 17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across multiple countries, regions and cultures. He has been part of leadership positions in companies such as Adidas, Boeing, Careem and Al-Futtaim. He has spent the last 7 years of his career in UAE where he has held multiple global roles for some of the most reputable companies in the region, innovating in TA strategies and bringing them forward from technology and experience perspective. He holds a Masters degree in HR from Middlesex university and CIPD certification.
Vincent is a seasoned professional and leader with an international career spanning more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in business and Human Capital leadership roles. He is currently leading the Talent & Learning function for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and before that he held various leadership roles in FMCG and ICT. Vincent has also worked as an independent human capital consultant, supporting a range of international clients on Talent and Leadership challenges. In the last few decades he has worked across all areas of Human Capital i.e. Learning, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Rewards, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement and has extensive experience and expertise in Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development and Performance Management. Vincent's professional philosophy is characterized by an authentic and pragmatic approach, aiming to keep things simple and effective. His commitment to making a meaningful impact is evident in his straightforward style, ensuring that his contributions achieve results and leave a lasting impression on the organizations and individuals he collaborates with.

Dr Allen is a dynamic senior C-suite multi-faceted professional with global exposure, leading the Learning function at the UAE’s National Financial Training Institute, Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF), part of the Central Bank of UAE, governed under Chairmanship of H.E Governor of UAE Central Bank. In the current role, he is responsible for the Talent strategy for the entire UAE Financial services sector, renowned as a major global financial center, consisting of 100+ local and global Financial Institutions. Dr Allen is also a sought-after Speaker, Professor, Researcher, Newspaper columnist and member of Advisory committees Boards.
Dr Allen is renowned in the L&D circles in the MENA region for designing and spearheading the execution of the most successful large scale talent transformation project for the UAE Financial sector called ETHRAA, where an unprecedented 85% of UAE National learners achieved success in International Professional qualifications in 20+ different domains, the results of which were announced by H. H Vice President of UAE. This has set a never before benchmark for the talent development strategies in the MENA region. When the past four decades, saw only nearly 2500 Nationals in specialist critical roles, this project added 1000 UAE National professionals to the specialist roles in just an year.
Dr Allen is an Oxford Alumni in the Strategy & leadership domain, PhD in Finance from University of Liverpool UK, ranked among top 1% global research universities and possess various international qualifications in various areas. He is a Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and a Certified Board Director. His research and reflections have been published by leading academic Institutions including University of Cambridge and leading journals and newspapers in the UAE.
Dr Allen is a nominated member of the UAE Ministry of Education appointed Recognized National development committee (RNDC) formed for advising on financial sector Talent competency standards since 2018. His key research interest in the areas of Sustainable finance, Technology, and future proofing talent.
Prior to the career in the Executive education & talent domain, he had an accomplished career in Treasury and Large Corporate Banking Credit with State Bank of India, a Fortune 500 company, as an Asst. Vice President before the career in the Executive Education Dr ALLEN BABY MBA, PhD, M.IOD C-Suite/ Oxford Alumni / HR Leader/ Board Member/ Professor / PhD Finance/ UAE Govt. Committee Member/ Columnist/ Talent, Strategy, Global Partnerships, ESG Expertise sector. In his last role he handled a credit portfolio of $1bn across 20 diverse different industries. He has experience working in various global markets including India, Europe and UAE.
Dr Allen possesses extensive expertise in the areas of Business strategy, Talent strategy, Corporate Credit, Capital markets, HR and Sustainable Finance ESG. He is also a SEBI Licensed Research Analyst, with expertise in the capital markets. He is widely networked and works closely with global with Ivy League Universities like Harvard, Oxford and International bodies.

Kristina brings more than 15 years of diverse experience in Human Resources and Corporate Consultancy (Real Estate Asset Management, Healthcare, Aviation) with a focus on people's development, corporate culture, learning technologies, and management consulting.
During her extensive career with Emirates Airline, IHC, and Al Ghurair, Kristina had the opportunity to manage multiple business lines such as Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, and In-Country Value, which gave Kristina the platform to impact not only people's personal and professional development but also to have a positive impact in the community too. In just a year's time, Kristina had brought employees together in more than 60 initiatives that focus on employee engagement and more than 30 CSR initiatives with a focus on awareness campaigns, collaborations, fundraisers, or donations.
Kristina is currently heading Learning and Development for one of the largest diversified family business groups in the Middle East, with operations in distinct industry sectors: foods, resources, properties, construction, energy, transportation, and ventures.
