    Marko Maschek combines engineering education with entrepreneurial acumen. He grew up near Stuttgart and was an employee in the family-owned company during his school days. After his military service he worked in consulting and software development patenting several developments in automotive applications. Marko has been a VC- / PE- investor in Germany and the US since 1997 and co-founded Pinova and Marondo. He has been responsible for nearly 30 technology companies where some achieved a successful IPO. Marko earned a degree in electrical engineering from KIT, an advanced degree in computer sciences from INSA (Lyon) and an MBA from Cambridge.

Toni is considered one of Germany's top digital experts with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and data. Prior to OMMAX, Toni worked among others at the global incubator company Rocket Internet, the world's leading asset manager DWS, and at Transfer Partners, a transaction management consultancy. Toni Stork leads due diligence and turnaround projects for private equity funds and family offices. He is one of the digital pioneers in Europe with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and data. Prior to OMMAX he worked at Rocket Internet, DWS and Transfer Partners. He holds a degree in accounting, finance, and taxation from the University of Mannheim.

He has been a consultant and entrepreneur for over 20 years. As a long-term member of the Wirtschaftsrat Deutschland (German Economy Councel) he served in several positions on state and federal level to tighten boundaries between economy and government.

Nate has held several notable leadership positions throughout his career, including Lead Cyber Network Warfare Planner at Marine Forces Cyber Command and Chief Technical Officer to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His diverse background provides him with a unique perspective on Cloud security and compliance, enabling him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of his clients.

In addition to leading DPE’s efforts in software and IT Services he is a board member of Mehler Vario Systems Group, Europe’s leading manufacturer of bullet proof vests and complementary personal protection and carrying systems for military and police operators. Nils is an experienced private equity investor with an 18-year track record of investing across the growth equity and LBO space. Prior to joining DPE in 2017, Nils was Partner at Greencoat Capital, and before that he worked at Candover Partner and Apax Partners. Nils holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc. in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
