  • Olga Kosters
    Olga Kosters
    Managing Director, Credit Secondaries at Apollo Global Management
    Ms. Kosters joined Apollo in 2021 as a Managing Director, and is responsible for managing Private Credit Secondaries fund. Prior to that, Ms. Kosters was a Head of Private Debt Secondaries at Tikehau Capital where she launched private debt secondaries business after joining in 2019. Prior to that, Ms. Kosters advised institutional investors on the US private credit strategies while at StepStone Global from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that she held several roles at Zurich Insurance Group and EBRD.
  • David Lyon
    David Lyon
    Head of Capital Solutions at Neuberger Berman
    David Lyon is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman and Co-Head of the Private Credit business for NB Private Equity. He is a member of the Private Debt and Credit Opportunities Investment Committees. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 2014, he was the Director of Research at Ellis Lake Capital, a $500 million event-driven credit hedge fund based in New York. Before Ellis Lake, David was one of three professionals responsible for the day-to-day management of the Credit Opportunities Group, a multibillion-dollar portfolio of credit and equity investments at D. E. Shaw. There, he was also responsible for the private equity efforts in the Credit Opportunities Group and sat on several public and private company boards. Before that, David was a Managing Director at The Cypress Group, a $3.5 billion private equity fund, where he was a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to Cypress, he was one of five original professionals at Och-Ziff Capital Management and worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Goldman Sachs. He earned a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

    Eli Appelbaum
    Partner, Head of Europe, Alternative Credit at Ares Management
    Mr. Appelbaum is a Partner and Head of Europe, Alternative Credit in the Ares Credit Group. He also serves as a member of the Ares Credit Group's Pathfinder Core Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Appelbaum was a Partner at Hayfin Capital Management, where he focused on asset backed investments for direct lending and special opportunities strategies. Previously, Mr. Appelbaum was a Managing Director at Gordon Brothers, where he led the European investment and finance practice focusing on asset backed debt and structured equity investments, led the firm's expansion into Australia and served on the board of Gordon Brothers Japan. In addition, he was a Vice President for Gordon Brothers Japan, where he focused on distressed assets. Mr. Appelbaum holds a B.A. from Brandeis University in Economics and an M.A. from the International Business School at Brandeis University in International Economics and Finance.

    Founder, President & CIO at Raven Capital Management
    Josh Green is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Raven with over 28 years of investment experience. Mr. Green is responsible for the day-to-day management, strategic and cultural direction of the firm and its various affiliates. Mr. Green has led Raven, a SEC registered RIA, from its inception in 2008. Prior to founding Raven, Mr. Green was a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch in New York where he pioneered an asset-based finance strategy for the firm. From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Green and his team originated and managed a $12 billion principal investment portfolio. Today, Raven executes a similar investment strategy focused on multiple asset types and credit opportunities, including receivables and intellectual property, real estate, specialty finance and transportation. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Green has partnered with some of the industry’s largest asset managers, both public and private, to grow firm AUM to over $2.0 billion. Through several closed-end funds and related vehicles, Mr. Green has established Raven as a tactical acquirer of specialized assets as well as a unique provider of solution capital in the credit markets. Mr. Green received his BA from Lafayette College, Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School. Mr. Green currently serves on the Advisory Board of Vanderbilt University Law School and is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy.
