Paul brings extensive expertise in public hospital design, construction, user briefing, and documentation systems. He has successfully fulfilled various roles in project briefing and project management. Paul's comprehensive understanding of clinical requirements, ranging from clinical service planning to functional briefing and the delivery of health facilities, enables him to execute fully integrated planning and coordination. As Executive Director, Infrastructure Planning and Delivery, Health Capital Division in Queensland Health, Paul oversees the execution of projects across Queensland. Specifically, Paul oversees the project delivery in Metro South, Wide Bay, Central Queensland, Mackay, Cairns & Hinterland, as well as Torres & Cape Hospital and Health Services. Paul has a strong interest in promoting the standardisation of hospital design and embracing Modern Methods of Construction.

Andrew Dolling is the Executive Director, Science and Innovation at the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation. In this role Andrew works collaboratively with industry, government, and research and innovation entities, to enhance the State’s scientific and innovation capability and performance in order to support a strong, sustainable and diversified economy, create jobs and improve the long term wellbeing of Western Australians. Previously, Andrew was the Director of Economic Policy at the Department of Treasury between 2017-2022, and immediately prior to that Director of Economic Reform at the Department of Finance.
