There's there's an acronym called
KISS, and it's Keep It Simple,

And you really gotta distill distill
into what is the simplest flow

that's gonna communicate the joy
that your product brings to people

who are otherwise feeling some sort
of pain that you're responding to.

And if you can't isolate
that flow, you're dead.

It's probably worth taking a step
back and figuring out what is the

flow that I should isolate in order
to truly communicate the benefit of

the product, even if you can't show

I think the important lesson I learned
from demoing at Finovate, because

I think as a founder, when you have
a product, you want to show people

everything, and you can't, right?

You really need to focus your demo
on the core features or components

that really communicate the message
that resonates with your audience.

So it was very helpful for me to
really think in that way, rather

than spend all my time trying
to show every possible screen.

That's because I'm so enamored
with my product that I think

everybody else will too.

I think one of the new things,
especially when our type of product

is a new product launch, it's actually
coming out in June, we're currently

going through implementation with our
clients, is really the collaboration

effort amongst your team, right?

And the preparation that it takes
to actually get the demo to where

it needs to be, and understanding
also how you're speaking about it.

When you have your team come
together, you'll be able to actually

create something that is memorable
and does very well on stage.

It says a lot about your team, but it
also says a lot about your ability to

communicate your product effectively.

And I think that mixed with being able
to actually have a fully concentrated

audience of people that can use your
product or potentially invest in your

product, it's an amazing experience.

So one of the things that we learned
through this process was to really

than we would normally.

coach in Greg who, gave us really

good feedback and advice on, how to
make bite sized messages with some

of the things that we wanted to say.

And now we're going to do that for all
demos, not just Finovate in the future.
