Having been admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister in South Australia in 2002, Amy has worked predominantly in the Criminal, Coronial and Regulatory law spheres. She has practiced as a Criminal Defence lawyer and Barrister, Senior Counsel Assisting the State Coroner, and a Prosecutor for both the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator and ONRSR. Amy most enjoys working in environments where she can have a genuine impact on safety and outcomes that reduce risk in the future. Although you can’t change what has come before, you can change how the same situation would play out in the future and impact the outcome.
