Andrea Biscia is a member of the Decalia Private Markets Investment Team, where he works as a Principal for the in-house private credit strategy. Previously, Andrea worked as a Buy-Side equity analyst for Decalia’s long-only equity strategies, covering the industrial sector. Additionally, he is a key contributor to the Decalia ESG Team, having developed the company's ESG framework and overseeing ESG considerations at the group level. More specifically, he's responsible for ESG within the Private Markets department.

Andrea earned a Master's Degree in Finance from HEC Lausanne. He is a CFA Charterholder and has completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Sustainable Finance at the Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva, as well as the Executive Programme in Sustainable Finance at the University of Oxford.

Mr. Gudmund Killi is the Managing Partner at Credo Partners in Oslo, Norway, and has a background in private equity investments, corporate development, and M&A advisory. Credo Partners specialize in growth-oriented small-cap buyouts in the Nordics, with a focus on transforming founder or family-led companies into leading market players through strategic repositioning and add-on acquisition programs. Mr. Killi has led several of Credo’s most successful investments within business and IT services.

Prior to Credo Partners, Killi worked at the Norwegian listed industrial group Orkla, where he was responsible for organizational development, change management, and various M&A projects across the group’s industrial holdings. Killi started his career within M&A-advisory for EY in Zurich and Moscow.

Killi holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, and an MSc in economics from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and the University of Barcelona in Spain.

Marta Hervás is a Managing Director at Arcano Asset Management, a leading alternative asset manager headquartered in Madrid, Spain, with over €10 billion of assets under management and advisory. In addition to leading Arcano's impact private equity investments globally, she has more than 12 years of investing experience in private equity through primaries, secondaries, and co-investments across Europe. She is the ESG responsible within the private equity team, in charge of defining Arcano’s ESG processes and ensuring these are implemented properly across investments.

Marta started her career as part of the Alternative Assets Research department at NEPC Investment Consulting and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid and Northeastern University in Boston
