His 25+ years of experience from Pantheon Ventures, InvestorForce, Fleming Asset Management and NM Rothschild & Sons gives him a unique insight into the needs of the institutional investor - be they pension funds, private banks, family offices, insurance companies or fund-of-funds. He is also a trustee of Legacy of War Foundation, an amazing international charity providing support to civilians affected by conflict.

Neo Mooki is MD and Head of Insurance and Private Asset Solutions at Generali Group, based in Milan, Italy. Generali is one of the major global players in the insurance and asset management sector, AUM of Eur700bn. Prior to joining Generali in late 2022, Neo was the Investment Director at abrdn, focussing on delivering investment solutions for abrdn’s insurance strategic partners, with a client portfolio of c£200bn AUM, about a third of the firm’s total AUM.

Her areas of interest are private assets, liability aware investing, ESG, sustainability, and impact investing. She has Actuarial training, holds an Executive MBA from Oxford Universoty and a BSc Hons degree from the University from Wales in Actuarial Science.

Neo received the highly commended Investment Week’s Investment Women of the Year (Large Firms) award in 2022, and was awarded Young Investment Professional of the Year, by Insurance Asset Risk in 2019.

Neo also supports start-ups and SME businesses with advice on innovative finance and impact investing. She serves on advisory boards of impact investing focussed start-ups.

TC Meenakshisundaram (TCM) is the Founder and Vice Chairman of Chiratae Ventures India Advisors. He has over 38 years of industry experience, including 18+ years of venture experience. He serves on the Boards of Lenskart, AgroStar, Vayana, Kristal.ai, Metadome, amongst others. TCM is well respected and regarded by the Indian VC/PE ecosystem as a pioneer. In the past fifteen years, TCM has led many initiatives to success in investments, exits, firm building, finance and legal, amongst others. TCM has also led the Fintech Sector, contributed and led Fundraising, including opening new investor platforms such as Rupee Capital, DFIs and Insurance companies partnerships and, in more recent past, taking the portfolio to scale and IPO. Earlier, as part of Walden International's team, he was involved with investments in Mindtree, Venture Infotek and Jobstreet. Before Chiratae Ventures, TCM served as Chief Financial Officer and President – Corporate Services at Venture Infotek, a leading payment processing company in India. Before Walden International, he has worked for 14 years at Wipro, where he last served as General Manager – eCommerce Division.
