Yathy has over 19 years’ experience in assignment services operations, customer services and relationship management and prior to joining SIRVA Yathy was with another global relocation company since 2007. Starting her mobility career as an Assignment Services Consultant in Malaysia, Yathy supported a major oil and gas client for the Asia Pacific region, her demonstrated leadership and empathy skills led to her taking responsibility for training new team members on client policies and service levels. Yathy also held the role of Regional Quality and Implementation Manager responsible for client reporting and implementation of services and as Regional Account Manager. Since then, Yathy has held management roles in operations and account management in Malaysia, Dubai, and the UK until 2016 where Yathy then returned to Malaysia to join SIRVA.
