Ashika Tailor leads new business activity for corporate savings plans in the Middle East. She has over 11 years' experience in the employee benefits industry, with more than four years in the UAE. Ashika joined Zurich in Dubai in 2022 and is responsible for growing our corporate savings and retirement business within the region and supporting the development of our propositions. She also manages the customer relationship team for our International Pension Plan solution. Prior to joining Zurich, Ashika served as a global employee benefits consultant at WTW in the UK and UAE, where she supported multinationals with the management of their employee benefit programmes across the world. She is a specialist in defined contribution pension plan design and implementation in the Middle East. Other areas of experience include Life and Health benefits management, pension accounting and valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. Ashika has a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK.
