Prior to his current position, Martin was Antitrust Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York. He received a master’s degree in business from HEC Paris and master’s degrees in law from Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne and Harvard Law School; he is a member of the Paris and NY bars.
- William LaveryPartner at Clifford ChanceWilliam Lavery, with nearly 20 years of experience, specializes in high-stakes antitrust litigation and government investigations, representing clients before the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and in federal courts. Will has particularly strong experience in healthcare and life sciences, technology and energy and infrastructure sectors, having successfully litigated a range of private and government antitrust actions over the course of his career. Many of these litigations have involved nationwide class action claims for both direct and indirect purchaser plaintiffs, as well as suits brought by federal and state governments, including merger challenges. He also advises clients in criminal and civil antitrust investigations.
